Purchased a V7 in 2019.
Battery died during COVID, and Dyson sent me a replacement battery.

Still working.

Just bought a refurbished v11 on black Friday. Got it yesterday and it looks like there's an issue where it turns on for only a few seconds before turning off. Called Dyson today and after being on the phone with them for about 5 minutes, they're sending me another main unit body ASAP. They didn't even ask for the old one back.

The absolute comes with the fluffy, which for me would be the main draw (and I could replace my v7, which in a lot of ways I prefer to the newer over I have... but I have enough vacuums)

happen to bought exactly this on ebay... I like v8 than later models. This has 6 month Dyson warranty and 2yr allstate warranty.
