While I would typically advocate for building your own PCs for fun and to save money these days, RAM and SSD prices are out of control. Getting these parts yourself would cost around $2,050 currently. I think once Costco sells these out It will either get more expensive or iBuyPower power will put cheaper parts for the same price.

Community Reviews

This prebuilt stands out for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and RTX 5070 combo, especially for MMO gaming at around 1440p, where the CPU headroom helps keep performance balanced. The price is also viewed as strong for a 32GB, 2TB gaming tower in a market where memory costs are climbing. Noise and setup are the main concerns, since the case fans are often wired to the CPU sensor and can run very loud until the BIOS is adjusted. Component swaps also appear possible, with motherboards and graphics cards varying from box to box, and the case leaves limited room for upgrades.

Read the buyer's comment. This thing runs hot and people returned it.

It happened first time. Try again it should work. It was glitchy.

The got a bad build. I bought this two weeks ago and my temps are much lower in Cinebench24 than what they were reporting in Cyberpunk. I have zero heat issues. They did, however, have the bottom case fans set to "cpu" in the bios, which made them ridiculous loud.

Bios takes forever to reboot after any changes, and iBuypower had all the case fans set to "cpu" which made the thing extremely loud, other than that I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Also, it's Costco, the best in the business for dealing with issues or returns.

BIOS taking forever after changes is normal. Training memory takes time, and it happens with any hardware/BIOS change on all modern machines.

It's "okay" for the price. The only component that really shines is the 9800X3D (which is actually overkill for this build). Other than that, it's a mid-tier motherboard, low end RAM, and a 750W PSU gives no room for upgrades.

The internal components listed in the post aren't necessarily what you will get. I bought this last week and my mobo is MSI and graphics card is ASUS.

I just got this build and the fans are really loud. What did you end up setting them to?

This is a good price considering how RAM prices are skyrocketing. If you really have to buy a gaming computer, then this is your ticket.

I looked at this in the store. I am not a fan of the case. It is on the smaller side. The PSU is in the bottom so not easily accessible if that is an issue for you. I could not see anywhere you could put additional SSDs or HDDs. Not a bad price, but I will pass on this one.

i mean if u had the money for a 5080, do it. if that is the range u are looking at, get at least a 5070ti. It is a big jump from a 5070
