I've got one and don't give it high marks: difficult to distinguish if each switch is on or off (opened or closed...the lights are dim). Also, note that it is USB 2.0.

This thing is really useful for connecting between your webcam and your PC so you can use a physical power off button to the webcam. My corded keyboard and mouse are also plugged into it, no lag; been in daily use for almost 5 years now.
