Is it possible you used that email before? For me, it was a white code in white space in the center of the email. So I had to use my mouse to highlight the space to see it! It must be designed for a dark mode? Not sure.

These candles don't work for us nearly as well as other brands such as Bath and Body and even the Walmart branded candles. We even light the two wick versions of them and barely smell them, the single wick versions are even weaker, while the other brands fill up the house with scent. Maybe they work for others, but for us, we skip Yankee Candles.

Yankee candles used to be the go to for nice candles. After Newell brands took over in 2016 it's been a spiral downwards. $10 a candle is pricey for this quality. $8 is about right for the quality they put out now.
