Stay the fck away from these. I got one from woot a few months ago, and if your car keeps power going to the USB when you lock the doors, this thing will stay on, and your phone will constantly connect to it from your house if you park nearby. You have to disable Bluetooth in order to let your phone connect back to your home wifi. Additionally, switching between two drivers' phones is a major pain in the ass, especially if you're both riding together. You have to basically get one phone to forget the dongle.

So the only solution, for one problem, is to unplug the dongle when you park. But then you can't control which phone it connects to, leading back to problem two!!!

Sadly, this is a problem with many of these wireless android auto adapters. At the end of the day, I just went back to wired.

I bought this on Amazon a few months ago and had to return it. The sound was horrible when I used it on my 2021 Rav4 Prime, despite a good number of reviews and ratings. It might be good for other vehicles.

There's zero chance this was ever 70 bucks. More and more I see Slickdeals filled with these Chinese cheap items that they usually pay people to review for free. But here they post it as a deal.

Yeah, that's insane the product description says "CarPlay" and then "not compatible with iOS"They seem to think "CarPlay" is a generic term for car screen mirroring. Apple's attorneys are probably sharpening their quills as we speak.

Seems like a great deal for Android users who need it, assuming it works, but the lack of CarPlay support should really be clarified in the post.

Perhaps it's the rare occasion where it's for a car with wired Android Auto but no CarPlay support? I have a car that needs the opposite, wired carplay but no android auto support.

I got this for a Nissan Leaf. It works great with my Samsung. It does take a minute to start up, but i can leave the phone in my pocket. My phone is fast enough that there is no lag.

"Vnilrgle"?? Could this brand not afford to buy some more vowels?

There are two models, one for Android and one for Apple: https://a.co/d/3YjCbsu
