I guess it's because it helps it mix easier and not having an emulsifier in this sucks?

Yeah, I've always added water first with protein shakes, but my understanding is that casein powder is notorious for getting permanently stuck in anything you expose it to dry before it gets wetted. Even with precautions, I've had pea protein get stuck to stuff, but its easy to get unstuck. Maybe the lecithin also helps with that issue here?

Seems like every protein that Now makes gets blasted for taste. To be fair, I tried their product myself command it was very difficult to ingest it. And that from someone who does not even perceive taste in most protein powder.

I used to agree with you. but i found out that post workout shake really helps my recovery and gains.

having a protein powder helps me even though im eating greek yogurts, chicken titties and eggs all the time.
