The value of singles for this set has absolutely cratered from their pre release highs. There's a small chance you'll pull something from the collector booster to make this worthwhile, but I'd say just buy whatever singles you're interested in. If you just want to crack packs of Spider-Man, you're probably better off with a box of play boosters or, if you're on a budget, a pre release pack or regular Spider-Man bundle.
Spiderman is basically soulstone or bust, these have been cheaper at microcenter for a few weeks now. Wouldn't recommend grabbing unfortunately, despite my love for spider Gwen....
