It's limit 3 offers, so you can do 3 receipts of 3 each. However, at least with the previous iteration, you couldn't submit another receipt until the previous one was approved, so you risk the offer running out while waiting.
Cheaper at Walmart ($2.97), so you can profit off these if you'd prefer to purchase the items there.

It took almost 2 months for the first offer to reach 5000, but that's because it wasn't widely publicized. After it was promoted on many deal sites in mid-November, the limit was reached pretty quickly. Now that people know about it, the 5800 for this offer probably won't last long. That being said, I uploaded a receipt on Dec 6, and it was approved in about 30 hours, so the limit hadn't been reached yet by late Dec 7. Now I'm wondering if I should push my luck with another receipt.
