I know my experience is a relative anomaly, but beware that Target will not help you if the courier happens to steal your package and falsely mark it as delivered.
My Switch 2 package was inexplicably delayed twice before being suddenly marked as "delivered." I appealed to Target for weeks before they told me via email "We consider this a successfully and cannot offer you a refund." If your package is shipped via OnTrac, good luck.

This is super simple regular math. It's a net cost of $405, or 10% off $450. There's no cash back factored in, no trading, nothing fancy to figure for a final net price.
If you do this with the old console it would be $350 - 10% = $315.00 Arguably that's a garbage price for an 8+ year old console. Meanwhile, this factors out to about $350 if you price the game itself at a $55 value. Anyone comparing the two would have to say that's a stellar price for the newest console from Nintendo.

Have you never heard of coupons or gift card stacking? No one is saying the switch 2's msrp is $400. This is just the best way to get it if you want to buy the device.
