They had zero desire to help me. They give a shorter warranty so they dont have to cover the problems they create by cutting corners and they turn that into a profit maker by trying to overcharge for replacement parts. I will never buy REL again and would definitely not recommend them.
I've been enjoying mine for over a year now.

Please by all means tell how you "fully accept" how good a soundbar performs!?
While you're at it please tell us how that RSL 10e "comes plenty close" to the REL1510!!!! LOL
You can "fully accept" a soundbar "pitch" but oh noooo RELs "pitch" oh that's craptastic blasphemy performance!!!!
BTW loudspeakers produce bass also, the better the quality loudspeakers the better the bass!!!
Those 3 minute speakers get crushed also!!!
Would mainly come down preference in performance.
Can't go wrong with either.
For me, I tend to favor 12" vs bigger woofer size(14"j & tuning may come in handy if you like to adjust for content.
HSU gives you 30 days, return cost is on you though.

Imo proper placement is crucial for optimal performance.
They usually have a smaller footprint so more versatile on that aspect.
They also tend to provide a cleaner, tighter accurate sound performance ime.
Again this is all generally speaking, since this is all subjective.
