1. They're big. Twin is kind of an awkward size for camping, IMO, if you don't have a ton of tent space. We managed to fit 3 in a "6 person" tent and 4 would've been absolutely out of the question. Twin is also too small for two people to share (and sharing an air mattress has its own issues since movement is transferred so much). Also, I don't think this would fit in the back of a CUV like a RAV4.
2. They're heavy. Absolutely not a backpacking item.
3. No insulation. If it's cold you're basically sleeping on cold air and since you're compressing the sleeping bag insulation under you you're not getting much insulation there. We were very chilly waking up in the mid-40s even sleeping in sweats and bags I've taken down lower than that. You could throw a cheap foam pad underneath you which might help a bit in cooler conditions.

I took three of these on a trip with my kids to Yellowstone over the summer. Overall they worked very well for car camping. They're probably twice as tall as they need to be to be comfortable even for a full grown man (6'1", 175lbs) so bottoming out was never remotely an issue. The thickness of the material was better than I expected and I wasn't worried about punctures from things like pine needles. There are a couple of things to be aware of though:

Good enough for car camping. I took 2 of them to Zion for a week. It wasn't cold so we didn't even zip up the sleeping bags. They do leak a little bit but nothing too bad. If you like a super firm feel then you'd need to pump air every other day. For the price they are great.
