How does the 'bogo' deal on the One4all and Visa work? I can't get it to activate,w hat do I need to add to my cart? Can anyone walk through the process and list the steps

The deal on the page is buy one get a $5 giftcards.com gc on visa ($10 with One4All) to use it add the card to your cart then tap the code and giftcards.com gc will be added to your order.

For the BOGO you'll have to go through the buying process, add name, email and that value card in some cases needs to be at least $100.

When you get to check out, you'll have to click the coupon code, above the apply button. If you have a pop up blocker may need to disable.
