$22 in my area, though I'm not sure i would want one of these if i have to use their proprietary usb charging cable.

Came across this deal a couple of days ago in Okemos, MI. Great little light so far! Good build quality nice soft-touch feel on the metal exterior. Very bright, battery lasts a long time. Charges via a usb-c port located on the side of the battery cell, which requires unscrewing the end cap and removing the battery. Gets pretty warm on its two brightest settings, but never gets too hot.

$21.88 must be a sale price also just has not made it down to $13 in your area yet

Interesting! It says the battery is an 18650 but it has built in charging. I wonder if that makes it slightly longer than a true 18650 which would mean replacement batteries would be a challenge. Or maybe the size is right but capacity is slightly lower...
