When l these detect something and it gets about 10m away, 2k doesn't have enough resolution to use for police. I had to swap them for the 4k models which still don't handle motion very well.

Not sure which seams, but I masked 5 of my S220 cameras with a little piece of blue painters tape on the lens and the mount area, then sprayed it with thick uniform layers of PlastiDip ($8 per can at Home Depot, that's enough to cover at least 4 cameras with multiple coats) which completely waterproofs the entire camera and also protects it from sun damage so it won't yellow like they always do after about 1 year outside. Remove the tape as soon as you spray the last coat and it works great. Used them for about 1 year so far, no water damage and no sun damage either. The one out of 6 cameras I didn't spray is more yellow now but hasn't leaked yet although it doesn't rain here quite as much as the average city.

I have this in my FL home. When it is working, it serves its purpose. But my installation location only gets sunshine for about 3 hrs, and it is not enough for changing.

Worth the price, but leaves a lot to be desired if you do not get full days of sun (you could always add a separate panel and plug it into the charging port). It will eventually run down and shut off on its own. I don't use these for providing primary security, but I put them in places where security risk is low but they are areas that I want to check on while away from home from time to time, like a low spot in the yard that is a good indicator of how saturated the ground is.

That has water damage issues over time. This one is less prone to it.

I didn't even realize that BB deal was a different model. Is that the older version or a completely different?

Good deal for Summer use. For Winter you need to manually charge every 2-3 weeks

somehow my eufy cameras are getting worse and worse. Say, some only capture some of our cars driving in front of them 3 feet away and miss the remaining for no reasons. I went from Arlo, another brand, and Wyze, and am starting to see if there are other options out there, maybe wired ones.

Went super quick. I only was able to order 5 for pickup because I keep an active alert for certain brands like Eufy and saw at 6am

Front light lens for most people. One person said he seals the seams with clear caulk all over the camera and then puts on a silicone cover on top of that.

what is "2K" with this camera?
2048×1080 -or- 2560×1440

it makes a big difference when it comes
to recognizing faces from a distance.
