This tablet may be a generation old, but since the size is no longer available, it may be useful for some.
Picked up the Galaxy S10+ for 376.82 with my EPP. Confirmed that it also works with EDU.
Go to the Samsung shop app
1. Add the
256 GB Silver variant [samsung.com], and no trade-in. The no trade in already takes of 220
2. Use the standard Samsung coupons that have been floating on this forum for a few days now. Not all of them may work. I used
SDECCHAN25KARI L34KSZ25UAAO and
25SOPDEC10
3. Find a referral on the web and add that if this is your first time ordering
With referral added, the price should drop to 376.82. Without it, it should be 445.99
In case the price does not drop to these numbers, shut down the app completely and go have a coffee. Come back after 30 minutes, and open the app. That should show you the discounted price.
Shipping shows in Feb, normally Samsung should ship quicker

The Galaxy Tab S10+ deal is strongest when Samsung's app, EPP or EDU pricing, and a working referral or promo code all line up, bringing the tablet into the high 300s or low 400s. The 12.4 inch screen and lighter footprint than larger tablets make it appealing for a big display without going ultra huge. The catch is that the discounts are finicky, with codes often failing, app steps sometimes required, and some zip codes or colors showing no delivery. It is a good fit if the stack works and you want a large Android tablet without the heft of the Ultra.
The app discount can appear after killing the app, waiting, and reopening the cart so the offer updates.
The discount stack can reach about $376.82 total when a first-time Samsung Shop app order uses an EPP-eligible account plus a working promo code and a referral.
A $404 after-tax checkout price was achievable when the app-kill and wait steps triggered the additional discount.
Orders can be canceled before the February shipment date if the price drops again.
Coupon mechanics can feel random, and some attempts end with none of the listed codes working.
Referral codes can be hard to find and may fail to apply even after trying multiple codes.
Promo code behavior can be inconsistent, with some shoppers seeing only a $100 flat discount while others report higher amounts.
Delivery availability can block the deal for certain zip codes, and the item can show out of stock.

And it's turned me off.. I'm jumping ship to Pixel/ OnePlus. Love both of them and just sold my S24 ultra.
I do like Samsung products but their pricing shenanigans are annoying and I'm voting with my wallet. It's one thing to have hidden codes and sequence, but when it's seemingly random, nope
