That's actually one of the most annoying things about purchasing a digital TV series. It's currently locked to a single provider, and barring a major disruption in how they are licensed, likely always will be.
That makes these partial deals even more annoying because for a given series you might end up with seasons 1-5 on Apple from one deal, seasons 6-10 on Fandango from another, etc.
It's one of the reasons that I usually don't bother with TV shows until their end of their run. Fortunately, there are only a handful that have 10 or more seasons and are still running to worry about.
Then again, you always run the risk of something like King of the Hill or Futurama being resurrected over a decade or more later.
There are a few long running series where there's some gap between "boxed set" deals and the sweet deal I got years ago.
Community Reviews
South Park Season 1 through 10 is a strong value for early fans, with a huge amount of entertainment for the price and plenty of classic episodes in the first ten seasons. The set also works as a convenient digital library, and the titles can be downloaded after purchase. The main drawback is that digital TV seasons are tied to Apple rather than a cross platform service, so filling out the rest of the series later may require separate deals. This bundle also appears to omit Super Best Friends, which is a notable gap for collectors.
South Park fans who want a lot of episodes for the money because commenters say the hours-of-entertainment-per-cost ratio is very good and there are tons of great episodes in seasons 1-10.
People who prefer streaming convenience over keeping DVDs because one commenter says they still own the early seasons on DVD but streaming is more convenient, and they'd likely grab the early seasons at a deal like this.
Buyers who want to download their purchase for offline viewing because commenters confirm you can download the titles after purchase.
People trying to buy the set from the Apple web page or outside Apple devices because a commenter reports there's no buy button when clicking the set, and another says it must be opened within the Apple TV app or on an Apple device.
South Park viewers who want the complete Season 1-10 set as advertised because one commenter says the bundle omits the "Super Best Friends" episode (Season 5 episode 3).
Viewers who care about true ownership because commenters warn that digital access can be revoked at any time, meaning you won't really own it.
South Park fans who only want the show's later seasons because at least one commenter argues that anything beyond season 6 is weaker and more preachy/edge-joke driven, and they complain that you're paying for "rubbish" seasons in this kind of set.
People who want to avoid partial-deal fragmentation across services because commenters say TV series are locked to a single provider, so you might end up buying different seasons from different services if you don't wait for a complete run.

Anything beyond season 6 is something nobody should ever need or want. That is when they ran out of Simpsons plots and Python gags, and it just became a bunch of lame, pushy, fake edge jokes, and preachy, split the difference BS. Worse even than Family Guy, and doing very much the same thing. Oceans 11 + Obama + ... + a hangover = profit. If there is anything to complain about is that they make you pay for 4 seasons of rubbish.
P.S.
Chef + Star Wars + pedos + Scientology = lame. That was a dead giveaway that they have run out of ideas and were just feeding the Manatees, while accursing someone else of doing the same, so as to divert attention from themselves. Picking legitimate but soft targets, the playbook of bullies and hypocrites. I used to like this show, but I managed to deprogram myself. You can find all that in S10 by the way, and if you ever choose to become a satirist, have some ambition and artistic integrity and pick on the strong, the dangerous, the privileged and the overrated.
"It depicts several religious figures, including Muhammad, whose appearance at the time of the original airing led to little to no controversy. Following outrage from Muslims regarding Muhammad's portrayal in the 2010 episodes "200" and "201", the South Park Studios website no longer streams "Super Best Friends", nor is it available for streaming or purchase from online stores."
