Update: it sounds like many people aren't offered the coupon. I'm also now seeing a different page structure. Before this model and the AW2725DM were on the same page, with buttons to select between them. Now they're on separate pages.
The key to getting the coupon might be going to the page with both monitors on it, if it still exists.
