I think it is a scam, paid through PayPal and still no email confirmation of order, payment went to China Shehzend merchant.

I ordered from this site.....first one came and bike is awesome ( not this one but the e26)... was going to order another battery but a brand new bike was only 100 more so I ordered a second bike and arrives tomorrow. No issues at all for me except Fed ex and their usual shenanigans whi h is almost to be expected from those folks during xmas.... I have even contacted customer service 3x and whoever Amy is at duotts got back to ne and answered my questions w in 24 hours.

Fwiw I always pay with PayPal so if I don't get something I have recourse.

Order one three days ago, received confirmation email immediately. I received fedex tracking number yesterday that it was shipped. I checked the status today, Fedex shows the shipping was cancelled and Duotts website says there is a problem. Looks like the bike from this company is a scam. Hopefully, I can get my money back.

Yes, 100 percent a scam, that lady Amy is a con artist. She got me to close the case with PayPal and assured me that the bike had been sent to FedEx, I stupidly believed her, today is the 31st and still no bike. They are running a good scam. Purchased the bike on the 19th. Now PayPal won't do anything cause I closed the claim.
