The best pillow I found, which I have used for over 6 months which has to be a record for me, is the coop orginal pillow (not the new memory ones, the orginal with the cross cut) . Usally pillows flatten or have less support over time. This pillow is the same as the day I got it. The orginal go for $50 on ebay new which I thought was expensive since I worried it was too similar to the my pillow concept, but it has been the best pillow I have owned. Best pillow for my neck by far.
I have this casper pillow, I didnt like it, my husband thought it was okay, but it is dry clean only. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I went to look up if there was any way to clean these without dry cleaning and several posts by users said contact customer service. My husband paid $30 for the pillow, so I thought I would do an online chat and ask. The person came on all nice and then found out it was the essential pillow and got super rude and said just throw it out and buy a new one. They said I should have bought the expensive one and the essential pillows are now disposable. They called me cheap. My husband paid $30 which I don't think it that cheap for a pillow (and the CS had the record since they verfied my purchase via amazon).

The Casper Essential Pillow comes across as a soft, plush standard pillow that can work well for side and back sleepers, with enough support to keep necks aligned and a feel that stays firmer longer than some cheap pillows. It is also described as a decent value at the $9 price, especially compared with the original Casper pillows. The main drawbacks are that it is dry clean only, has no removable cover, and can get lumpy or feel too thick for some sleepers. The outer shell is also reported to be loud and plastic like, so it is a better fit if you want a simple, affordable pillow and do not mind extra care.
side and back sleepers who want a standard, firm feel and don't mind fluffing/shaking the pillow nightly because commenters say it stays supportive as long as your mattress alignment is good and they still "love them" after trying many other pillows.
people who like a soft, sink-in pillow and are okay with some maintenance because reviewers say it's soft and cozy, but it can get lumpy over time and needs regular fluffing/shaking like down-style comfort.
buyers who want an affordable "cozy" pillow for the listed price because commenters call it soft/cozy with adequate neck support and say it's good value at around $9.
shoppers who are willing to follow the height/insert guidance and adjust if needed because one commenter started with a low insert that was too low, then contacted Casper and received a medium insert that improved comfort.
people with neck issues who need more than "general" support because commenters with neck problems rated it mediocre (about 5-6/10) and said it didn't provide the decent support they were looking for.
anyone who wants a pillow they can easily clean at home because multiple commenters report it's dry-clean-only and that spot cleaning/attempts to clean it ruined the pillow after a stain.
buyers who expect a removable cover for easier washing because commenters say this specific Essential pillow doesn't have a cover (and Casper replies also suggest it's dry clean only).
people who are sensitive to noise from pillow materials because one buyer said the outer shell is loud/plastic-y and makes a bothersome noise.
shoppers who are still searching for a "perfect" pillow and want something more than basic comfort because one commenter said after trying it, it "wasn't anything special," even though they felt the price was okay.

I love this Casper. It's King size so you need the right pillow case.

good pillow, great deal, German company
Made 'with' real down, 2 for the price of 1
reviews seem legit, maybe should be a front page slick deal, everything else along this priceline has less down and allergic reports

This is just a normal pillow but in a box (which I guess makes it feel a bit more fancy then the plastic covered pillows at Kohls/Tjmaxx/Macys etc)
I personally didn't like it but I have a neck issue and was looking for decent support and comfort. My husband who is not picky said this was a decent pillow, he used it as a primary pillow for 2-3 months and then slid it under another pillow and used it as what I would call a secondary pillow.
The pillow stays fluffy or firmed longer IMO then the cheaper serta or sealt pillows that are under $10. I would probably pay $9 for this , certainly not the $30 my husband paid (I found out recently he paid that much less then a year ago).
These pillows are dry clean only. Just last week while making the bed I knocked over a soda and it made a stain on the pillow. Customer service was rude and it really is dry clean only. CS told me that and I tried to clean it and spot cleaning didnt work, I tried my dry clean style at home bag for my washer and pillow is ruined. So if you get this have a great case on it? because they dont clean easily.
