I had good memories of seeing this as a kid, but we just rewatched it, and the movie has not aged well. It's full of tropes and stereotypes that are pretty cringe-worthy, and the safari scenes are definitely from an earlier age. It's a product of its times that doesn't translate well to 2025.

Just watched it recently with my kids as it is my dad's favorite movie from his childhood.

Fun with animals but lot not for kids
