I googled the error I was getting: "zillions gift error: we are unable to process your order". Guess a lot of people are getting this error. I called and was told to wait for 3 weeks for refund on one card. hope I can get the money back.
CVS agent told me not all eligible cards are redeemable, they could run out, then you have to choose a different card. which is news to me. She said it's in the term somewhere.

Was working great until one redeemed to a $0 balance Ebay card. Back and forth with both parties and no resolution was ever given
