A recent study shows there's not much difference in bioavailability between the two so I wouldn't worry too much. B12 doesn't do well in the digestive system, so if you have diagnosed low levels you should go with a sublingual version. Pick any reputable brand.

the coupon is one time use so use it on something much better and more expensive, this would be dumb

also this B-12 is cyanocobalamin

which is the worst form of B-12

it is made around a cyanide molecule, not kidding, google it

there are much better products

buy a methylcobalamin product
