would they be 12 volts, 7Ah? If so this could charge two of them.

Find out the total Wh rating of your ebike batteries. This power station can put back about 150 Wh into them total, probably less than half of what you want.

It's not ideal. "Good enough" depends on how low your expectations are.
  1. USB-C is very uncommon for e-bike charging. Ampler is one of the few (only?) manufacturer that makes bikes that will charge with USB-C.
  2. Charging is slow. Ampler bikes have a small battery (rated 50-100 km). It takes 3 hours to charge to 100% at 140W - so maybe 15 km charged per hour.
  3. The small Ampler e-bike batteries are 75% larger than this battery. After charging losses, it probably won't charge the e-bike more than about 50% which will take 1+ hour.
That's not nothing and might be helpful in a pinch, and this is a very portable battery at 4 lbs. Just understand it's sized more for laptops and small devices, phones etc - for charging multiple e-bikes you will probably want a much larger battery with multiple outputs for charging at the same time.
