No. There are certain businesses, T Mobile being one of them, where they want their members to heavily use the app. It is kind of the same way with Tropical Smoothie Cafe where I could not use a code because I had to use their app (which my phone is now not compatible with apparently) and could not use their website for generating the offer.

I placed an order yesterday with 1 code and I placed another order today with a different code, same account and it worked.

My issue was doing it online through my phone. It did the same thing to me again, today. Then I put in a prepaid Visa and it went through. I am going to try on Friday, using my credit card, and ordering through my laptop to see if it could have been my phone.
