So strange! This happened to others this week too. Not sure why - on my side it says free. Some had luck creating a second account with a different email.

Same problem like the last time these were posted. I'm a member and still getting the 8.99 delivery fee. That's a hard pass for me. Not paying $9 for sock delivery.
