DCF850 impact driver is a great deal but they have it at two different prices: $97.99 and $89.99. Both are good deals.

There are some good deals in there. I just got the DCF921B 1/2 Impact Wrench through the HD hack. It came out to roughly the same price as here.

Yes; Amazon acquired Woot in 2010.

Reputable in so far as you won't need to worry about credit fraud or anything, as it's owned by Amazon. But are the individual products legit? That's another story. Woot is sort of Amazon's clearing house but they apparently let third parties sell through it as well, only you don't even see who you are buying from... I bought an iMac through Woot a couple of years ago and it definitely did not come from Amazon itself. Now add to this Amazon's comingling of inventory problem? Which itself is supposed to go away next month but I'd also expect Woot to be a clearinghouse for the previously co-mingled inventory. So, buying through the site does carry some risk in terms of authenticity if nothing else. Some of the deals on the site are fantastic but you have to read between the lines to find them. For example, they sometimes have good prices on Apple computers which came directly from Apple (the giveaway there is that they come with a full Apple warranty and not just a Woot 90 day thing).
Can't speak to the DeWalt they sell through the site. But I clicked the fourth link and the product description said it gets a three year DeWalt warranty so at least the combo kit linked above is totally legit.

Just FYI that you're paying for speed not capability, since you can charge flexvolts on the regular chargers but slower.

Yes, everyone agrees that Woot is legit at least, and isn't going to steal your info for fraud, as they're part of Amazon. But sometimes they sell used/refurb crap and you may not get the best deal there. And they bait and switched me once - sent a completely different brand of product than what was as advertised and did nothing for me other than offer to take it back if I packed it back up and shipped it at my inconvenience. It was a large, bulky item that would have been a PITA to return and what they sent was vastly inferior to what was advertised.

I've bought T-shirts from them a few times, and the quality and sizing have varied a LOT. I may buy again but only when they have very cheap sales, do to the dice roll that is buying from Woot. I'm not saying don't buy from Woot, but keep your expectations low.

I use my impact driver with a set of hex drive drillbits most of the time to do minor woodwork. You wouldn't use it on any serious drilling project like a with a hole saw or a spade bit, but it will drill quite easily through most wood from 3/8 inch down. However, note that it only takes hex bits and if you already have a lot of bits like conventional drill might be better, though I do have an attachment that allows you to put a conventional drill into a hex driver, but honestly, I have both types of tools in my house so I don't need the adapter.
