It only awards a $5 credit, tested this earlier. You could screenshot and complain cause it does clearly state the $10 at checkout, but just a heads up.

Has anyone had issues redeeming Google Play gift cards bought from Amazon?

I recently bought one from Target.com that would not redeem. I had to submit a ticket with proof of purchase, screenshots of the code etc. It took a few days for someone to manually approve it.

It wasn't a high $ amount, but I have heard that some people have had their ticket/proof rejected and lost out on the money. I don't really want to go through that again especially with the chance of losing higher $ amounts.

I received a sealed Amazon envelope with nothing inside. Seems to be a fairly popular target for thieves working at Amazon.

Amazon did refund after I explained to their new AI over and over again about the concept of "empty."

Can confirm I only got $5; originally mine was shipping after Christmas but they moved it up and updated it. Only $5 credit, so it was probably a typo maybe; I don't know if I want to bother going through customer support about this, in my experience they're pretty bad with the promo credits.
