The ad says it's for the tool only so I went ahead and got it because I have other Porter-Cable 20 volt tools. It arrived with a 4 amp hour battery and a charger! It also said it would take months to get here but I received it less than 2 weeks after ordering it. Because of those two things I'm listing it as YMMV looking around this morning, it's the exact same price at tractor supply. Just buying the battery with the charger by itself is $77 so this seems like a really good deal. I was in the market so 100% it was a great deal for me!

I have an aging 20 volt Porter Cable drill, one tool on the 20 volt ecosystem so I have some 4 amp hour batteries there too, but the nut busting power of the mid torque skill 20 volt claims around 800 maxed out, I'm pretty sure this one is limited to about 350 foot pounds of torque, likely a result of the brushless motor versus a brushed motor

Yes, the heaviest duty application I will use mine for is just removing lug nuts. Overall the tool received great reviews but you're right, this isn't the most powerful one out there for sure

Not correct on the battery, it comes with the 4 amp hour battery and a charger. I just received mine today.

I have the Dewalt Version of this Impact Wrench been around for decades. Had the NiCad version previously. Mid range torque and Heavy Duty. Its torque ratings seem small compared to the current offerings out there but this will remove the majority of lug nuts and other tough nuts requiring high torque.
