How much bigger? I've been curious why people even use griddles over round pans and found that the surface area of this is about equal to a 16" round pan, which is too big to heat evenly with most stove burners. You can go bigger than this one on two burners?

How many burgers can you cook in a round pan? How difficult is it to manage cooking said burgers in said round pan?

Enough, and it has never occurred to me that there is a "burger management" problem in a round skillet. Unless the burger is the size of the pan, I don't see how shape matters. I guess these sorts of griddle pans are just bigger than a skillet can reasonably, which isn't an advantage for the cooking I do. If burgers are the example, this is useless to me anyway, since burgers get cooked outside on the pellet grill.
