How to deal with an over abundance of slick deal alerts

Does anyone have a strategy on how to reduce the huge amount of deal alerts from the Amazon alert? I have never had a problem with it before but the last 3-4 months it has become so ridiculous that I end up deleting most of the alerts because it is more then a thousand alerts in a few days.

Not sure if this works on Android but on Apple, if you get the Amazon notification, slowly swipe on it to the left and you will see "options" appear. Click on that. Then click on "configure in Amazon". It will open the Amazon app and bring you to the notifications page. Go to "Deals and recommendations" and you'll see the options to turn off alerts.

pause some alerts. I get several alerts a day at most
