Nah, it doesn't - I checked. For whatever reason Lenovo decided not to support USB4 for AMD this year for 8945HX and 9955HX/HX3D. They even had USB4 support listed in some early press documents but then pulled it. It is a significant drawback because AMD CPUs do still have some advantages for use cases. Other OEMs like MSI can support USB4 for those 16-core AMD CPUs so clearly it isn't a technical barrier.
