Yeah, it is an oddball unit. More similar to the Delta 2 than anything in the Delta 3 lineup.
Same screen as Delta 2, lower solar charging than the Delta 2, lower A/C input than Delta 2, but 50% more capacity.

With CATL's recent large sodium ion upgrade; it's understandable that these lfp manufacturers are cleaning house. But that solar... ugh.

I have this unit, purchased it in the mid 400's new this year and it cycles daily for solar arbitrage.
A/C in is 1500w for charging plus pass-through. It's programmed for a 15-amp circuit, so that is your limitation, not the actual device. They should let you select your combined /maximum supply current, but like all consumer devices, they don't due to liability. Overall, it's an awesome heavy little unit with a lot of oomph in a small package and a great cycling ultra durable battery.

I don't understand the solar input talk. Is it not 500w xt60 just like the delta 2?? I have the delta 2 and the delta 2 max. 500w input is not terrible. What am I missing?

I had read somewhere it was 400w solar input max, but it is 500w, so I was mistaken on that part.
But still, with the larger battery, why not give it more solar input?
For $400 though, not horrible, and debating buying it for my kids for their apartment instead of the Delta 2 for almost same price.

If I was looking for another battery and didn't have the delta 2 already, I would buy this one. Unfortunately looks like the coupons don't work and the one they do have only brings it to $429. $379 was a deal.

iDK, some people want the moon with every purchase, and think they need 1.21 jiggawatts so they can recharge in a split second, as if they have giant solar panels for their 1.5kwh portable battery.
Of course it isn't the ideal unit for everyone's needs, but for a good amount of power in a portable unit that's from a solid line by a reputable manufacturer, this is a good price.

my computers and all my electronics seem to survive the 20ms switchover fine
it's also at the very limit of weight that I can lift lol
haven't fiddled with the solar yet, I don't understand how solar in series works, to get the 500watts you have to use 48volts?
