never ordering from this store ever again. Bait and switch, when the price is too good or demand is too high, they cancel and play games
I will be leaving negative feedback for them wasting my time and encourage others to do the same

They raised the price from $414 to $475 now. A few days ago, before this 20% coupon was active, they had it for $414. See this post: https://slickdeals.net/f/18953284-acer-swift-go-cert-refurb-14-fhd-ips-touch-intel-ultra-7-155h-16gb-lpddr5-1tb-ssd-413-99?p=181101466#post181101466

This Acer Swift Go certified refurb stands out for strong specs at a low price, with the Core Ultra 7 155H, 16GB of LPDDR5 memory, 1TB SSD, and a touch IPS display drawing the most praise. Delivered units have been described as looking brand new, very clean, and light at about 3 pounds, with solid photo friendly screen quality and decent everyday performance. The main drawbacks are the refurb experience itself, including order cancellations, price changes, slow shipping, and spotty customer service. A few units also needed BIOS or SSD setup, and some arrived with issues like ghost touches, loud fans, or a dead battery, so it is best viewed as a strong spec sheet with some risk.

Common Questions (6)

  • The listing was repeatedly canceled and relisted after a pricing error, and many early orders were voided instead of fulfilled. Several buyers were told they could repurchase once the corrected listing went live, so the promo price was not reliably honored.

    AmusedMeat815webzappredge929mcosf

  • Certified refurb units are described as refurbished rather than new, with condition varying by grade. Some arrive looking brand new and clean, while others can have issues like dead batteries, so it is not the same as guaranteed open-box condition.

    xDD90xsupernummyas070EfficientAlpaca712

  • Shipping can be slow, with one order sitting for over two weeks and another being told it would ship within two days before a tracking number appeared. Early orders were also canceled the same day, so fulfillment timing was inconsistent.

    BryanB2973supernummedge929

  • The Intel Ultra 7 155H, 16GB LPDDR5, and 1TB SSD are considered strong specs for the money, and the IPS touch display is praised for photos. The tradeoffs are weaker speakers, less GPU performance than some alternatives, and build quality that may not match the internals.

    bsfatboysupernummFAL

  • The laptop can arrive looking like new but still need setup fixes such as assigning the SSD in BIOS or updating BIOS to stop ghost touches. Reported issues also include a dead battery that will not charge and a loud fan, while other units worked normally after setup.

    supernummEfficientAlpaca712

  • PayPal Credit can appear near the bottom of the final eBay payment-method screen alongside PayPal balance and credit cards. It was available in at least one checkout flow tied to a cashback promo.

Trash Acer cancelled my order and now will apparently take days to get back the paypal credit and balance that I used. Bad customer service, probably a bad laptop.

I believe they accepted first rounds of orders then realize everyone jumping on they decided to raise the price and cancel orders

Who ever place the order very early has a chance getting there order filled

Just my 2 cents but will update if I receive order update.
