This Acer Swift Go certified refurb stands out for strong specs at a low price, with the Core Ultra 7 155H, 16GB of LPDDR5 memory, 1TB SSD, and a touch IPS display drawing the most praise. Delivered units have been described as looking brand new, very clean, and light at about 3 pounds, with solid photo friendly screen quality and decent everyday performance. The main drawbacks are the refurb experience itself, including order cancellations, price changes, slow shipping, and spotty customer service. A few units also needed BIOS or SSD setup, and some arrived with issues like ghost touches, loud fans, or a dead battery, so it is best viewed as a strong spec sheet with some risk.
The laptop can arrive in like-new or very clean condition with minimal visible wear.
The IPS touch display supports photo-friendly viewing with strong clarity for creative work.
The unit can require BIOS and SSD assignment after a no-bootable-device message, then work normally after updates.
The fingerprint reader is embedded into the power button, which can simplify quick sign-in.
Orders can be canceled after payment, including cases where a listing error triggers cancellation and a repurchase invitation.
Coupon and pricing behavior on eBay can be confusing, including price increases before coupons and sales tax applied to the higher base price.
Refunds or PayPal credit reversals can take days, which can extend downtime after an order cancellation.
Some units can arrive with battery or charging problems, including dead-on-arrival batteries that only run when plugged in.
