Let us know how it arrives, Creality Refurbished are usually used, and not even repair , they want you to do the refurbishing yourself.

Looks like they must have had too many complaints from "Pristine - Like New", so this one is just "Very Good - Refurbished". I saw in the BF thread, someone did say theirs is like new, but I've also seen stories where they came with shattered glass or other issues.

The HI with CFS also works with the coupon ($223.20) if multicolor is your thing. Bought the Hi by itself (wish I had waited for this combo deal) when it was $119 and I guess I got lucky as it looked brand new and I've already gone through 2kg. Very happy with purchase.

Got mine. Opened it to peek the quality and saw the top was pretty scratched up so I took it out and holy shit... looks like they dragged it on a concrete floor then replaced the glass. Dust all over it (aside from protected glass panels) and the feed tube is pretty kinked up (my first printer not sure this is an issue). IMO barely "acceptable" quality, still plant to open plug it in and test it out but I'm not happy with this condition it's definitely going back

you can message them on eBay. It's worth a shot.

i got in on the refurb max BF sale. Complained about the packaging and build plate. They are sending a new plate and screen and a small voucher that seems mostly useless.

Overall, not a terrible experience. It came with the unicorn nozzle at least.

I didn't even open it more than inspect the exterior, actually frame is in a really bad state not sure that is replaceable, vs just gamble in another unit

I'm not sure how much money back I'd take to keep it, it was gonna stay in the garage so at least 60 off and I'd probably keep it

So my printer arrived yesterday (12/19), when i ordered it on 12/15. Pretty fast shipping!

Printer showed with in a slightly dirty box, but nothing more than a typical shipment.

All accessories were present, printer was packaged in all new materials (Foam, bumpers, screws, plastic, tape, etc.)
It is a new printer from what I can tell. I checked the logs, and settings, all are set to factory, no saved videos, and print time was on 0 mins.

There is multiple stickers on the shipping box that say Refurbished, and another that says "Refurbished A+"
The only thing that would indicate it is a used printer is the side cutters provided in the box were slightly dirty on the handles, but wiped right off.
The build chamber had some dust in it, but was removed quickly with a can of compressed air.
I printed a benchy with the supplied white PLA filiment out of the box, and it worked perfectly!
10/10 will be buying and recommending Creality Refurbished again!

I missed the "Very Good - Refurbished" for $207.20. Ended up ordering a "Good - Refurbished" for $199.20 since it sounded like what condition it comes in is a lottery anyway. It arrived today, has some scuffs on the clear plexiglass on one side, some random scuffs and scratches on the metal frame, and the silver paint scuffed off the front of the display revealing gray plastic. Looked like they at least put a new plastic lens over the display because it looks perfect under the protective plastic. The top cover and front glass looks brand new. The tape they used on the glass door to keep it shut was very annoying and left behind a lot of adhesive that was a pain to remove. The inside is clean, but the filter had some brown dust on it and the outlet on the bottom also has some brown dust. Overall, not perfect, but not bad. Mine was factory reset with only a few sample things on both the printer and the flash drive. I'll have to check out its function tomorrow.
