OP your sale listing price doesn't match your title price just so you know.
That blue case looks sick.

if I'm in the market for a prebuilt with 5070 and feeling ready to pull the plug, what are the cons for this one? the costco one seems to have a bunch of bad reviews about temps and fan noise. but there's not much feedback on this one on their website

Not even close. I just returned the costco one. The motherboard was complete crap (zero vrm cooling), ram is crap, storage drive is crap, power supply is crap. Skytech uses better components, only part most people question with skytech is power supply.

im not sure if its exactly as pictured but the skytech build looks to have a pretty bare bones motherboard and not ideal ram speed. Both have trade offs. clear cut pc deals this year that are a must buy are pretty tough to come by.
this one doesn't look bad, im not gonna downvote it or anything but the components look pretty low end if as pictured.

Looks to just be a stock pick, I don't believe these are the components in this build. Check the gpu for example...I found this stock picture from like two years ago also for the Azure 2. With that being said, I'm not 100% sure on this. Just my intuition

It definitely looks like it could be just a generic photo and If that's the case it's great other than the 5600mhz ram. You can probably push the ram to 6000 but most people won't know how. I would wonder what the return process is like though and maybe pull trigger. I'd hate to get a pny Gpu though.

Ugh, yeah that would be an absolute nightmare. I ordered, so will update when it comes. Now I'm kinda regretting thinking what if on the PNY. Terrible card

This seems like a fairly decent deal. However, I would rather have the RX 9070 16GB GPU instead. It's equivalent in price to a RTX 5070, but has slightly better rasterized performance and has more VRAM. Also, would rather have a 2 TB drive which isn't much more than a 1 TB drive. Although the RAM speed is on the slower side, it doesn't really make that big of a difference (if any at all) in most games especially if playing at 1440p or 4K.

After looking on PCPartPicker, if you were to buy all the parts separately and build it yourself, an equivalent build would cost around $1650-1700.

A facebook seller had a skytech build. He sent me a picutre of the motherboard, graphics card, and memory. All were chinese no-name brands. He said the BIOS was also in chinese and locked in some feature sets.

I don't know if it's different for this model. But just use your own judgement when purchasing these.
