Yea pretty good deal,I think I got mine for around $400 on a slickdeal, but I cant quite confirm (May have been costco). I recently upgraded from a Dyson v10 to a Dyson v15 and have no regrets. I just moved the V10 to another floor ultimately, recently replaced the battery and wont die. The Laser head on the V15 if you have a lot of hardwood floor is excellent. Great at catching animal hair etc. Lots of other improvements from the V10, which I was happy with for 6-8 years.

Not a good deal comparing to last month. It was $300 and even better with cash back bringing it down to $240.

I'd say not a terrible deal. It went $300 once. The paypal 20% cash back was a one-off and isn't coming back.

I got a refurbished one earlier this year for more money ($400). I am old and have had many vacuum cleaners and this is the best one I have ever used. The green laser works great to find items on the floor. It is a bit heavy to do a whole house, but mine will do the whole house (2500 sq ft) on a single battery.

Never had to return anything to them. So don't fully know how they are when things don't go right.

Came here to say I got this deal and have been struggling with their refurbishment. They have been good about sending out replacements but I won't trust their refurbished quality again. The first unit came in with dented accessories and the housing that they plug into had about a half inch of movement. They sent a replacement but I had to ship the other one back first. From shipping to receiving was a month. If you don't have a back up vacuum that's not great. The replacement came in and everything looks great but the main unit has a power failure and turns off every ~10 seconds. Fortunately they are able to handle replacement parts differently than full replacements and were able to ship it to me the main unit immediately. I'm pretty bummed that they only had 1 color for the main unit replacement so it's going to look like a circus. I'll reply with more details if the replacement unit doesn't work either
