Awesome idea. Turns out, I'm out of luck as well. I received the offer, however, when I add 4 snow tires in my size to cart, I continually get a message that the item is oos when I try to checkout.

Gotcha, I figured that was the case. Any specific items Costco Online is known for having good deals on? Was randomly checking for the Litter Robot but seems like that's also sold in store (for cheaper)

Did not know this was a thing. Maybe the chance of getting a coupon via chat or email is a function of how much you spend already.
