I grabbed one but the strawberry isn't that good. The birthday cake, chocolate and lemon are great and low cal if you stick to one but the strawberry tastes super fake.

Come on OP. 16 cookies? 🤦🏻 ♂️ It's 8 packs of 2 cookies everyone. One pack is one serving. This type of description should be from infomercials hahaha.

200 calories with 10g of protein.... glorified candy bar, and not filling at all.

You can do much better for protein bars, unless you really really really like these they arent worth it imo. You'll be hungry 10 minutes later.

There are some candy bars with similar protein/calorie breakdowns.

Good price. Not worth the calories for that amount of protein.

Traditional candy bars like Snickers or Hershey's derive only 3% to 8% of their calories from protein. The best protein bars are usually around 40% protein. These quest cookies are 20% protein, so they are in between a protein bar and a candy bar.

For reference, the standard American diet is 15% protein. If you must eat ultraprocessed foods, these are a better option than most.

These aren't protein bars. These are no sugar added cookie alternatives, that also happen to have been fortified with a bit of protein as well.

god u people r so ignorant. one of these packages is not going to hurt anyone and any sane human is not going to eat 1 or 2 a day. so 400 cals 20g of protein for a sweet treat that keeps people on their diet with more than 15% of people daily protein intake BUT U RETARDS THINK THIS IS BAD? FOH
