Log in, Go to the account page, click the subscribe button (like your about to setup to pay) it will take you to a page that gives you a few options. (The plus option or the non plus option). THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, MAKE SURE YOU CLICK THE PLUS OPTION UNDER THE 12.99 A MONTH PLAN AND NOT THE PAY FOR A YEAR UP FRONT FOR 120.00 OPTION. If you move the slider over to the 120.00 option, the promo code does not work, it will say its invalid. If you keep it on the monthly option, it'll work. You see the promo code option on that screen. Once you put it in, the price changes from 12.99 a month to the promo of 1.99 for 2 months.
The reason why it doesn't work is because its setup to give you a discount of $12 a month for the first 2 months. (Says that in the fine print). It can't give you the $12 discount off each month if your setup on a yearly pay option.
Also, I setup my 7 day trial with my PayPal but when I went to use the promo code, it kept giving me a payment error, even if I went directly to PayPal to re-authorize it. I had to change over to use a credit card. I think PayPal knows it was canceled and is trying to protect it from being charged again.
After I figured all this out, it was a breeze. Works Perfectly and the wife's happy 😊
