This Hamdol 360 degree rotating RC stunt car is a cheap, fast little toy that delivers plenty of entertainment, especially for younger kids and even pets. The LED stunt car feels fun and hilariously quick, and the lack of sharp looking parts makes it feel safer for rough play. It has also held up well over a year in one home. The main drawbacks are awkward controls, a battery that has to be removed for charging, and a size that looks smaller than pictured. It is a playful budget pick if those tradeoffs are fine.
kids (like a 3-year-old) who want a fun, entertaining stunt car for a holiday gift because one commenter said it was "pretty fun and entertaining" for their 3-year-old and felt like a good buy at $10.
Prime members looking for the $10 promo price because commenters noted the deal price is Prime-only and without Prime it comes to around $15.
people who want a low-risk backyard distraction for pets because one buyer said they plan to let their dog chase it around and felt it was acceptable for $10 since it didn't have sharp-looking parts.
buyers who are okay with basic, "cheap fun" RC performance because a commenter said the design is "relatively crappy" (battery has to be physically removed to charge) but the cars are still "cheap fun" and "hilariously fast."
people who need the promo code to apply to every color/variant because commenters reported the code didn't work for some versions (for example, it didn't apply to the $30 light-wheel version, and it didn't work for Red or Green for one buyer).
buyers who want intuitive controls because one commenter said the controls are awkward-going forward/back requires both sticks and turning uses one stick depending on direction.
people who expect the $10 price without Prime because commenters said $10 is only from Prime members and without Prime it comes to around $15.
buyers who want an easy charging setup because one commenter said charging requires physically removing the battery and that kids struggle to seat the battery back into the cavity.

I just removed the battery plate's screw as to make it easier on myself. The kids can't ever seem to get the battery seated in the cavity.
All that said - these are cheap fun, and hilariously fast.
