They are primarily made for gaming, but you can modify things like the actuation point and you can make super fast response and basically can be made to reset the key the moment the key is released.

HP makes a programmable Bluetooth numpad with brown mechanical switches.
It's pretty solidly built.

I have that exact mouse and it's the best I've ever owned.

I also own several Keychron keyboards and am very happy with them. I prefer having a numpad, but if you don't need one, I'd highly recommend scooping this up, it's truly a slick deal!

Wish someone made a decent wireless num pad - couldn't find anything compelling last time I checked.
I bought a cidoo aluminum numpad and never use it.. its really nice. I like the extra space on the desk. If you go without it long enough you'll adapt lol. Im a pro top row number typer now

It's so odd to pack useless buttons in the function row instead of maintaining standard function row spacing. It has that spacing for an ergonomic reason that hasn't changed since it was implemented. If someone made a layout like this with standard function row spacing, I'd buy it. Compact is good, but not when it affects functionality. But, keyboard consumers have long abandoned functional preferences for aesthetic ones.

I'm trying to like this keyboard. But the key layout is driving me crazy. I think I need a Tenkeyless layout. It's only a touch wider, and gives the key spacing and layout I've been using my entire life.

Also, the LEDs are very dim even at their brightest setting, and the keycaps aren't shine through, which seems like a complete waste.

Upsides: The keys sound nice. The web configurator works well even on Linux (you need to grant your user write permission to the keyboard device). It's QMK compatible.

I'm not decided on the feel of the key switches yet. They feel heavier than my Browns, and I don't think I like that. Also, I miss the bump on the Browns telling me the key has been pressed.

Unfortunately, I am now out of town with family the next couple weeks where it's not available. Really hoping there is still some stock when I get back since it won't ship.
