No. Just get a corded one. We got one for our wedding and it died within 13 months (i.e. outside of the warranty) after using it just one or two times.
A cordless mixer seems like a solution in search of problem and adds unnecessary complexity and failure points. When will you need to use a mixer and not be near an outlet? Modern kitchens are designed intentionally to have conveniently placed outlets. There might be some edge cases like an outdoor barbeque, but even that's unlikely. Save yourself the hassle (and money) and get the corded version.
