Sold and shipped by Mass Depot LLC, marked as a "Pro Seller". Not sure if they're an Authorized Milwaukee dealer though.

Milwaukee would still honor the warranty based on the serial number/manufacturing date regardless.
If you buy from authorized seller, the warranty start would be from the purchase date and for all others it would go by manufacturing date.

Maybe to add some more clarity on the contended issue from my experience with Milwaukee. Their official policy is proof of purchase. This means the warranty begins when a person buys it.

However, they will honor warranty without proof of purchase, but the warranty starts from the date of manufacturing. So, the owner loses the time that was ticking between production and purchase.

Some people get denied after buying a tool that has been living on a shelf for a long time and don't have a receipt due to the warranty being a year or two shorter than expected.
