This is a great saw for a DIYer at a solid price. This got me through tiling my shower and bathroom floor as a first time tiler. Be sure to get a good diamond blade and keep it honed with a stone during your project to reduce chipping.

Installed a large amount of tile with a wet skil 7" saw and paid $70 about 10 years ago, still dig it out time after time. Great price for a nicer and more feature rich wet saw and way better than trying to score and split tile, despite being slower. I would jump on this in a heartbeat if doing my house again with tile.
