bought a few days ago when it was $41, is a really good keyboard for that price, went up $10 more but it still a good deal, all aluminum and nice switches and sound, all around good keyboard, if you need one, is a good investment.

no offense but why buying this keyboard is an "investment"? Is the value going to go up? I heard that the mechanical keyboard switch maker Cherry is in deep financial trouble.

I was going through membrane keyboards pretty quickly. With these mechanical custom keyboards, you can repair a bad keycap switch, or tear it apart completely to clean out refurb and reassemble. I suppose if you stick to the same mechanical keyboard frame and upgrade it when new switches come out and stop buying keyboards you could consider it an investment.
