Google Fi is offering the Pixel Watch 3 LTE as an effectively free smartwatch deal, with the watch sharing your existing Fi number and LTE service included. The strongest appeal is the pricing structure, since the $250 discount and $150 in monthly credits can leave only tax and shipping due upfront. The main catch is the fine print, which requires staying active on Fi for 120 days and keeping the line for the 24 month credit period or paying back the remaining balance. The promo appears to be 45 mm only, with stock and checkout availability changing quickly.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes. The $250 discount is tied to staying active and in good standing on Fi for 120 consecutive days; pausing, changing, or suspending service within that window can trigger a chargeback of the $250. After 120 days, stopping service mainly ends the remaining monthly credits.

  • Yes. The promo appears for the Pixel Watch 3 LTE 45mm, while the 41mm/44mm options do not show the discount at checkout and can lead to full-price checkout. Several comments also note the offer is only visible for 45mm in the Fi shop.

  • The watch is discounted by $250, and the remaining $150 is returned as monthly bill credits over 24 months. In practice, many checkouts show only sales tax and shipping as the out-of-pocket cost, with LTE service included on the existing Fi number.

  • Yes, each person on the group plan can place a separate order and get one watch, as long as the watch is assigned to a person in the account. The activation account must be part of the group plan.

  • Yes. The watch cellular service is included with the Fi plan and shares the same phone number as your phone, so there is no extra monthly watch service charge on standard Fi plans. On the Flexible plan, watch data can still increase your bill because it counts toward data usage.

Anyone done this in the past know if being active on this deal could block you from similar style phone deals while it's active?
I recently did a similar deal for three pixel 9 phones and am also eligible for this, so I don't think that's a problem

For anyone getting an error when checking out, make sure you have verified your age on the Google account you are using. Even though I was using my Fi account, my age wasn't verified and I only noticed because I went to the website on my computer and the Google store was blocked. Once I verified my age, I went back to the Fi app and was able to check out without a problem.

Cause the googleFi plans are expensive
This is true, not sure why you were downvoted. I offset that. With that said I have been on the Flexible plan for the past two years for free because on an s22+ deal a few years ago I got excess trade in credit on an S21 and I have maxed out there referrals but I do maintain a second carrier so I dont burn through their overpriced data
Since the s22 , I have also gotten deals on s24+, Flip 7 and most recently the Pixel 10 Pro XL however my credit balance is almost gone and not sure I will stay after the 120 days are up .
So is this phone worth if it I lose 19 months of credit @ $119? I already have a Samsung Watch 4 I have been meaning to sell, I never use it

Keep in mind that if you are on the flexible plan , the watch plan is free but the data will be charged against $10 per gb

Did you order two watches from one account or order 1 watches for each account login?
One account.

It asks you to assign the watch to a person in the account before it will give you the discount.

It just makes the watch free, it's not an additional $150 off anything.
The credit each month for the watch doesn't roll over if the bill is less than the credit amount. He already has a $0 statement because of existing credits from phone purchases. The watch credits would never be realized again a bill as a result

ok. Managed to order two Matte Hazel just now after I removed watches assigned to a child. Probably they don't allow child under 13 to purchase.

It's dumb credits don't roll over. My family is already receiving credits that make our plan "free" because we bought 3 phones. The $150 in credits would do nothing for me.
Just choose pay monthly instead of pay full, if you are granted credit.

Just got a 45mm Matte Hazel as it was the only one left. Note it does mention a possible credit check.

Not a problem if he pays (for watch) monthly, if eligible.

Couldn't think of a substantial use case for this. I don't need heart rate, running, or sleep data beyond what my brain tells me. It's easy to pull my phone out if I'm getting a call. Only possible thought was being able to call emergency services if I'm running and don't have my phone on me, but I'm always near an urban area anyway. I don't think having to charge and fiddle with this all the time would be worth the very slight and occasional moments of convenience.

OK So why should I not do this?
These watches are building a database on US citizens to determine their health status and thusly charge you a higher amount for health insurance.

It's funny because crackpot tinfoil hat shit is now reality.

Premium of health insurance is not determined by your health status since Obama care.
