Counter point ive implemented 6+ Deco systems over the last 6 years, and theyve all worked flawlessly with max speeds etc. Im sure youre comparing the same WIFI level across these systems so its a shame your experience (though 5, 6, 6E, and 7 have vastly different abilities).
Separate comment to everyone else, as this Deco is only dual band make sure you have a wired backhaul as dual band is gonna pay a large price in performance if youre using a wireless backhaul to connect the nodes.
I'm currently using 3 psck of Google nest wifi pro is this tp link better?
Depends if you are strictly wireless - as this TP Link is only Dual-Band and looks like the Nest wifi pro is Tri-Band
Also depends if the Google nest has Wifi 6 or above
Seems like a great deal. gonna buy now and maybe return later but I've been on the fence for purchasing a mesh system for months..
I REALLY wanted to do wifi7 or 6e at least.. but at this price I think im...
Seems like a no brainer for someone like me coming from a single router that is fairly dated

if it helps your decision... I will never go back to a regular router after using a mesh system, specially if your house has multiple floors

Hey Everyone, I have been an avid TP-Link user for a while, and I have had 3 TP-Link Mesh systems in the past 5 years....
I would not recommend them, After I switched to the Amazon Eero 6+(3 Nodes), I'm getting so much fast speeds, and they are all sitting the same positions as the TP-Links.
I would get 60-90mbps with TP-Link on the full remote nodes, with the Eero, I get 250 to 350mbps on a 500mbps home network.
Good for entry level home WiFi mesh system. I have the old M9 system and they been working well for general streaming and home office, but leaving some minor dead spots in my home, so this would be a decent upgrade plus you can retain any existing deco routers as they work together as a mesh network.
I bought this exact 3 pack several years ago for about $175. Was able to expand solid wifi coverage out to my deck and a couple bedrooms that were weak spots and are now covered. The downside is you may end up having to link each unit with ethernet to be effective. It was quite tedious but worth it. This price is fantastic
I considered it but at nearly 3x the price Im not sure if it would be really worth it for me.. Im only hooking up a couple security cameras and phones and roku sticks on wifi..
everything else far as PCs/xbox etc is all hardwired

Watch out for Best Buys shorter return period in general. Most things are 15 days.
