Solid deal for a DDR4 board given the current RAM pricing situation. A good 32gb kit of DDR4 is still going to cost you around $200 but if you absolutely had to build a PC today you could pair this board, some RAM, and a CPU like the 12600kf for well under $500. Add storage, cooler, case, fans, power supply, and GPU and you'd have a nice build for 1080p or 1440p gaming in the $1,000 - $1,500 range depending on whether you wanted something like an RTX 5060 at the lower end or an RX 9070XT at the higher end.
