Community Reviews

Labyrinth in 4K UHD is drawing attention mainly for its low $2.99 price and Movies Anywhere compatibility, with purchases showing up across Amazon, Apple TV, Vudu, and Fandango libraries. The checkout price can be confusing because the listing may show a higher amount until the final purchase screen, where the $2.99 total and any promotional credits appear. There is also some concern about the transfer quality, since earlier copies were reported as HD only or with poor color and artifacts rather than a true 4K remaster. A solid digital pickup if you want the film in your linked library.

  • Labyrinth fans who want to add it to their Movies Anywhere ecosystem because commenters say it's on the MoviesAnywhere list and shows up in their MA/Vudu/Apple TV collections after purchase.

    IceboieShake-N-Bakekrc446krc446

  • People buying during a promo who want to use promotional credits because one commenter says the purchase flow displayed $2.99 and applied $2.99 of their promotional credits even though the page showed $6.99.

    runningout

  • Buyers who want to double-check totals before committing because a commenter recommends going to the last checkout page to confirm the final price/credits and exiting if it doesn't show correctly.

    SDLooper

  • People who rely on MoviesAnywhere search results to find the title quickly because multiple commenters say it didn't come up in MoviesAnywhere search until they used a direct link or fixed a misspelling.

    sdr2711tokkieShake-N-Bakekrc446

  • Apple TV users who need an automatic 4K upgrade because commenters say there's no upgrade-quality purchase option on Apple and they're unsure whether Amazon purchases transfer in 4K.

    fbuellerbigworm6917

  • Viewers expecting a true 4K remaster because commenters report the earlier copy they got had poor image quality with color issues and artifacts and wasn't "by no means a 4K remaster."

Labyrinth 2 is in the works- maybe David Eggers can do something better with it. This was a terrible film with great aura. Plus puppets just creep me out. Praying for a CGI Bowie + Connelly and no puppets. 😆 I'll allow for one bulgetastic musical number.
There are certain classics that should never be messed with this is definitely one of them

Weird - I bought it before but it's in Apple TV as HD only. I'm not sure it transfers in 4k from Amazon to Apple. Note that there's no upgrade quality purchase option in either.

It does not. On Amazon you should be able to grab the bar where the thumbs up is and slide it to the left for a purchase options on the far right to upgrade. On Apple you would have to go to iTunes and find the movie and buy it as a gift this movie and send it to yourself. Or if it's on sale on Vudu you can upgrade it there

Yea, I had the same problem. Unable to find this movie during a basic search on Moviesanywhere.com. But a google search led me to the following link: https://moviesanywhere.com/movie/labyrinth
Made the purchase via Amazon, and it is now in my MoviesAnywhere, Apple and Fandango libraries.

It is one of the worst films ever made. Difficult to even imagine how bad it is.
